Get Involved in Creative Arts!


As a member of the Creative Arts Team you will be working with other volunteers to organise and run entertaining and educational visits to local primary schools.

This placement allows you to be creative and be a vital part of the project planning process. As well as this, you will gain experience of working in a huge variety of primary schools. Most of all however, this project is great fun! Particularly the end of project Celebration event which sees all the children you will have worked with returning to campus for a day long celebration of their creativity and achievements.

Volunteer Role:

  • To provide assistance, guidance and encouragement to groups of children in creative activities

  • Member of project planning team.


Skills Required:

  • A good listener

  • An enthusiastic and constructive personality

  • To be able to commit to virtually all school visits


Potential Skills/Experience Gained:

  • Communication skills

  • Teaching/Classroom experience.

  • Confidence, leadership, teamwork and problem solving school.
