Voltage Celebrates Another Successful Year - 2007/08
Wednesday 30th April saw Voltage celebrate another successful year of schools work. Five local schools from across Lancaster and Blackpool have been running their own social enterprise business for the past 6 weeks. In total the schools have raised just over £2,500 which is to be split between 7 charities of their choice. The Mayoress of Lancaster, Pro-Vice Chancellor Amanda Chetwynd and Business Advisor Allan Kenny presented the winning teams with their certificates. Well done to all the volunteers who made the evening and the project the tremendous success it was.
