Dragons' Den with an Ethical Twist!
The day will begin at 2pm in George Fox Lt5. Here you will be greeted, seated and introduced to your fellow students. Teams will be formed and the Ethical Twist revealed!
Once your group has been organised, you will battle against others to complete a fun team building challenge!
What other uses could there be for an umbrella or a balloon?? Time to warm up those creative brains! Using a selection of random objects, your team will be given the opportunity to create an interesting, innovative business idea!
After that it is your time to shine! Now the creative juices are flowing, your team will identify an issue/need which affects you, either on campus or in your local community! Create a business idea that will benefit your cause and decide how your profit will be spent!
Then its time for tea! Rest your pens and enjoy some of the FREE food!
Following some food decisions will have to be made! How you are going to get people excited about your idea? Who will you aim at? How will you make them interested? How much money can you get them to part with?!
Crunch time! Pitch your ideas to the LUVU dragons and see if you have what it takes to win Lancaster University’s Dragons’ Den with
an Ethical Twist and scoop the prize!
