Join Fuse: Leadership Training Day

An opportunity to create your own project, benefiting both the student and the local community!

What are the key project tasks?

  • Attending the one day of training. Any additional tasks depend on the progression of ideas and efforts to implement them, but extra project tasks would include:

    • Having developed an idea, plan and organise your own project.

    • Recruit student volunteers and organisations in the local community who could benefit from the project.

What skills and qualities do you need?

  • Self-motivation

  • Creativity

  • Good organisation and communication skills to structure your ideas and channel them into a community project.

What skills will you develop on the project?

  • Stronger leadership skills

  • Project management

What time commitment is needed?

  • One day of leadership training. After that it all depends on the concept of your project and your drive for it to take off!
