Who is the placement with?

Furniture Matters is a local Social Enterprise which aims to reduce the amount of furniture, electrical goods and household goods which end up in Landfill sites. The 'Make a House a Home' project is an evolvement  of the Furniture Matters project and aims to increase the range, quality and quantity of household goods available to disadvantaged people with a new Furniture Matters showroom.

What is the opportunity?

There are a wide variety of roles within the project to both help the organisation and develop your C.V and skills. If you would like some practical experience of working in a social enterprise then this is a brilliant opportunity.

Placements on offer include:

-Van Crew

-Call Centre Operative

-Showroom Assistant

-White Goods Engineer

-Community Re>Paint Assistant
